  • Bookings Made 60 to 30 Days Prior to Tour Date
    An advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost + 5% GST is required at the time of booking. The balance amount must be paid as per the company payment schedule communicated at the time of confirmation.
  • Bookings Made 20 Days Prior to Tour Date
    An advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost + 5% GST is required at the time of booking. Upon issuance of the hotel confirmation voucher (within 3 business days), an additional 20% of the total tour cost + 5% GST must be paid. The remaining balance amount must be settled on the day of arrival.

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Mail/Fax.

The tour covers Shillong, Umiam Lake, Dawki, Mawlynnong, Cherrapunjee, Nongriat, the Double Decker Living Root Bridge and Guwahati. It also includes important waterfalls, caves, cultural attractions and temples.
The package includes five nights of accommodation: two nights in Shillong, two nights in Cherrapunjee and one night in Guwahati. Hotel categories can be selected according to the traveller’s budget and preferences.
The Nongriat trek is moderately difficult to strenuous and involves approximately 3,000–3,500 steps each way. It requires good physical fitness and may not be suitable for travellers with knee, heart or mobility-related concerns.
No, guide charges are not included and must be paid directly. Hiring a local guide is recommended for better route guidance, safety and understanding of the region.
Boating at Umiam Lake, Dawki and Ward’s Lake, along with attraction entry fees, is generally chargeable separately unless specifically mentioned in the final package quotation.
October to April is ideal for sightseeing, trekking and clearer weather. The monsoon and post-monsoon months offer powerful waterfalls and lush scenery, but heavy rain can make the Nongriat trek slippery and more challenging.
